The large private open plot for walks and fun time is a huge plus. It gives the dogs space to run, explore, and burn off energy in a safe and natural environment. A special mention to Shiva, who runs the place — he really understands dogs. He knows their temperaments well, segregates breeds appropriately when needed, and you can clearly see that he is genuinely passionate about what he does. That makes a huge difference. The biggest reassurance for me as a pet parent is that I always feel Max is happy, comfortable, and in very good hands at NEOLOKAM. That peace of mind is priceless.
