the person who runs it
Siva runs Neolokam day to day — he does the behaviour assessment at every trial visit, decides which dogs share a group, and sends the photo and video updates you get each evening. If you have boarded with us, he is the person who answered your WhatsApp at 6 AM.
His approach is simple and unfashionable: watch the dog, not the breed. Group placement comes from how an animal actually behaves in open space with others — which is why the trial visit is mandatory and why he will occasionally tell a paying customer that group boarding is not right for their dog. Reviews mention him by name more than they mention the farm, which tells you where the care actually comes from.
He is on the land through the day, lives beside it, and handles the calls himself rather than routing them through a front desk. Ask him anything at the trial visit — including the questions in our boarding policies.
