The place is just amazing — the pups are genuinely cared for like babies, with so much attention, warmth, and understanding. What I love most is how relaxed and happy they are here. Max gets to socialise, play, and be himself, and he never feels stressed even when he's away from us for longer days. In fact, he's always delighted to go there — which says everything. The large private open plot for walks and fun time is a huge plus. It gives the dogs space to run, explore, and burn off energy in a safe and natural environment. A special mention to Shiva, who runs the place — he really understands dogs. He knows their temperaments well, segregates breeds appropriately when needed, and you can clearly see that he is genuinely passionate about what he does. That makes a huge difference. The biggest reassurance for me as a pet parent is that I always feel Max is happy, comfortable, and in very good hands at NEOLOKAM. That peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving, safe, and joyful boarding experience for their dog in Trivandrum.”
