Trial Visit (Mandatory)
Bring your dog between 6–9 AM. We assess behaviour, energy level, and social compatibility. No boarding without this step.
Assessment & Grouping
Based on the trial, we place your dog in the right group — Saints (calm), Fireballs (high energy), or Stars (sensitive). Correct grouping is safety.
Book & Board
Once cleared, book your boarding days via WhatsApp or call. Drop-off and pickup: 6–9 AM daily. Daily updates throughout the stay.

Getting Here from Technopark / Kazhakkoottam
Neolokam is located at Kollodu, Malayinkil — approximately 18 km from Technopark. Members can arrange pickup/drop coordination.
Route from Technopark
From Technopark Phase 1 or Phase 3 (Kazhakkoottam), head south via the Balaramapuram road. Continue toward Malayinkil junction and proceed to Kollodu. The farm is well-signposted and the 25-minute drive is a straight route with minimal traffic after 7 AM. It is genuinely worth the drive.
Many Technopark professionals consider the 20-minute commute a small price for knowing their dog is on open land — not in a cage — with experienced trainers and personalised care. The farm environment also reduces anxiety in dogs left alone for extended travel periods.
Pickup & Drop for IT Professionals
If you have an early flight from Trivandrum International Airport (which is very close to Technopark), drop-off at 6 AM is available. Members can enquire about pickup coordination. Plan ahead by WhatsApping us a week before your trip.

Neolokam is approximately 18 km from Technopark (Phases 1–3, Kazhakkoottam). The drive takes about 25 minutes via Balaramapuram road to Malayinkil. Given the quality of care, most Technopark dog owners find this a very reasonable commute.
