Annual Package — Frequently Asked Questions
What does '30 days' mean in the annual package?
The 30 days are flexible boarding nights that you can use throughout the year in any combination — a single overnight, a weekend, a full week, or up to 14 consecutive nights. You are not required to book them in one block. They do not expire within the membership year as long as the membership is active.
Is the annual package right for my dog?
If you board your dog 3 or more times a year, the annual package is almost certainly cheaper than paying per day — and the benefits go beyond cost. Consistent returns to the same farm reduce your dog's boarding anxiety over time. Dogs who board regularly at Neolokam settle faster with each visit because the environment is familiar. The package pays for itself in anxiety reduction alone.
What happens if I don't use all 30 days?
Unused days within the membership year do not roll over to the next year. We encourage members to plan their boarding well in advance — especially around Kerala's festival calendar when slots fill quickly. Members with a plan have priority booking rights that non-members do not.
How do I join — what is the process?
Step one is a mandatory trial visit for your dog between 6–9 AM. During the trial visit we assess your dog's behaviour, energy level, and social compatibility. Once cleared, you choose your plan, make the annual payment, and are registered as a member. All future boarding is booked by WhatsApp or phone with priority access.
