Business trips range from a 3-day conference to a 3-week project. All stay lengths work under the membership. Partial days billed at standard rate.
Airport drop-off friendly timing
Drop-off 6–9 AM. For TVM airport flights at 10 AM or later, a 7 AM farm drop-off and 8 AM airport arrival is comfortable. We can coordinate early drop-off options for pre-dawn flights on request.

Business Travel Boarding FAQ
What if my return flight is changed and I'll be back a day earlier or later?
WhatsApp us as soon as you know. Early returns: no refund for unused days but we'll have your dog ready for early pickup. Late returns: automatic extension at your agreed rate. We never discharge a dog whose owner hasn't returned. You'll never come back to an empty kennel and a voicemail.
I travel unpredictably — sometimes 3 days, sometimes 2 weeks. Does the membership work for me?
Yes. This is the most common profile among our Technopark and Kazhakkoottam members. The 30 annual days accommodate 10 × 3-day trips, or 4 × 7-day trips, or any combination. You don't book in advance for the full year — you book each trip as it comes, with priority access. The membership is a pre-paid block of days, not a scheduled calendar.
My spouse is reluctant to do the drop-off alone. Can someone else bring the dog?
Yes. Any adult you designate in your account can do drop-off and pickup. We need their name and phone number added to your profile. Most of our business-traveller members have their partner, parent or colleague designated as a backup. The farm team will know them by name on arrival.
