built for busy professionals
Why the Sreekaryam Belt Chooses Neolokam
IT professionals and academics make up a significant share of our regular members. Here is why this area specifically fits.
Frequent short-trip boarding needs
Technopark and TCS professionals travel often on 3–10 day work trips. The annual membership (30 days from Rs.11,111) is perfectly sized for this pattern.
No good options closer
The Sreekaryam–Ulloor belt has no dedicated professional boarding facility nearby. Backyard setups exist but with no trial visit, no behaviour grouping, no emergency protocols.
Route is genuinely convenient
16 km on NH44 southbound in the morning is a fast, straight run. Many Sreekaryam families do the trial visit and first booking on the same day.
WhatsApp-based remote management
For IT professionals on travel, real-time daily updates via WhatsApp matter more than location. Our daily photo + update system is designed for remote owners.
Emergency vet coordination handled
We coordinate with your vet or ours for any issue. Sreekaryam families are 20 minutes from our farm — faster than most city clinics in traffic.
Member priority booking
Busy travel periods (conference season, festive leaves, year-end) fill up fast. Members get priority slots booked weeks in advance.
