Working pet parents can drop their dog at the farm between 6–9 AM. Dogs spend the day in supervised group activity — play, trekking, swimming, rest — and are ready for pickup in the evening. Daycare is available to all dogs that have completed a trial visit.

Dogs with health conditions are accommodated with prior discussion. Our meals are home-cooked and fully customisable — we adjust ingredients, portion sizes, and feeding frequency based on your vet's guidance. We recommend sharing your dog's health history and dietary instructions when you book your trial visit.
How do you handle feeding routines for dogs already on a schedule?
We follow the feeding schedule you provide. If your dog eats twice daily at fixed times, we maintain that. If they are on a prescription diet or specific ingredient list, our kitchen prepares accordingly. Consistency in feeding routine is part of what makes Neolokam a genuine care environment rather than a basic boarding facility.
