What exactly is a dog staycation — is it the same as boarding?
A staycation is a full-day visit without an overnight stay. Your dog is dropped off from 6 AM and picked up by 6 PM. They spend the day swimming, trekking, playing, eating, and resting on the farm — but comes home with you at the end of the day. Overnight boarding is a separate service for when you are away from home.

How does a staycation differ from a regular dog park visit?
A park visit (6–9 AM) is a 3-hour window where you are present with your dog. A staycation is a full supervised day from 6 AM to 6 PM — your dog is in Neolokam's care the entire time. The staycation includes a full day of activities, a cooked meal, rest periods, and dedicated supervision. It is essentially a full day at the farm without the overnight stay.
Is a trial visit required before a staycation?
Yes. The mandatory trial visit is required before any service at Neolokam — park visits, staycations, and boarding. This is how we assess your dog's temperament, compatibility with other dogs, and what group placement is appropriate. You attend the trial visit with your dog between 6–9 AM. Once cleared, your dog can return for staycations and boarding independently.
