It is built for families who travel often and want a single trusted relationship for their dog rather than coordinating multiple services. Most Royal Resident families have one or two senior or specific-needs dogs where consistency matters more than price per day.
Luxury Boarding FAQ
Is luxury boarding actually better for my dog, or just for me?
It depends on the dog. For a healthy, social, low-anxiety adult dog, standard cage-free boarding is excellent and the luxury upgrade is mostly owner peace-of-mind. For a senior dog, anxious dog, dog with medical needs, or dog of a sensitive breed (Goldens, Huskies, brachycephalics, indies with trauma history), the dedicated handler and slower-paced routine of Royal Resident genuinely affects outcomes. We will honestly tell you which tier fits your dog when you visit.
Can I see the Royal Resident facility before paying?
Yes. Trial visits 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM daily — no charge, no booking pressure. You walk the farm, meet the handler team, see the rest areas, and ask anything. We strongly recommend visiting before any premium booking. The trial also assesses your dog's fit; not every dog needs Royal Resident, and we will say so.
What's included beyond the membership fee?
Royal Resident at Rs.22,222/year includes: 30 boarding days, dedicated handler, all enrichment activities, 4 grooming sessions per year, 2 training assessments, twice-daily updates, complimentary pickup/drop-off coordination from Trivandrum city. Additional grooming, training programmes, or pickup beyond city limits are billed separately at member rates (typically 20% lower than non-member). No surprise fees, ever — written terms shared on first booking.
