Family travel to ancestral homes, Munnar, Wayanad. We are usually full 4 weeks before. Book by mid-March.
April 20 – May 31 (School Break)
Two parents working, school holiday childcare in Bangalore/Chennai relatives. Boarding demand peaks last week of April.
June 1 – June 15 (Pre-Monsoon Travel)
Last beach trips before Kerala monsoon hits. Goa, Pondicherry, Maldives. Book 3 weeks ahead.
Long Weekends (Apr–Jun Sat–Mon)
2-night and 3-night weekend bookings can fill 10 days ahead. WhatsApp on the Wednesday before the long weekend at the latest.
May Wedding Season
Out-of-Trivandrum weddings = 2-3 night needs. Less predictable, often last-minute. Some flex slots usually available.

How far ahead should I book for Vishu / April–May?
Vishu week (April 8–15): book by mid-March, ideally earlier. School holiday peak (April 20 – May 31): 4–6 weeks ahead. Long weekends: 10–14 days ahead. Last-minute slots open occasionally from cancellations but treat that as bonus, not plan.
What's the cancellation policy for vacation bookings?
Free reschedule with 7 days notice. 50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days before. No refund inside 72 hours (because we've turned away other dogs to hold your slot). For multi-week bookings we agree custom terms in writing.
Can I do a trial day before the actual vacation?
Strongly recommended. Free 4-hour day-care visit before any vacation booking — your dog meets the property and team, you confirm comfort, we identify any food/medical specifics. Most families that do this end up returning yearly.
Can I drop off and pick up at unusual hours for early flights?
Yes, with notice. We accommodate 4 AM drop-offs and 11 PM pickups for Trivandrum airport flights. WhatsApp 48 hours ahead so we can plan staff.
