Why do medium-size dogs need a different plan from small dogs?
Medium dogs need more food, more swim time, and stronger behaviour structure than small dogs. The Villager Elite plan reflects that — twice the swim sessions, a full professional grooming and structured behaviour training, all included.
How does priority festival booking work?
Onam, Vishu, Christmas, Diwali and the December–January travel window fill quickly. Villager Elite members can request slots before non-members, and our system holds priority slots up to 60 days ahead of festival dates.
Is the Villager Elite plan really cheaper than per-night boarding for a Labrador?
For a typical Labrador owner using ~30 nights a year, yes. Per-night medium-dog boarding is roughly ₹900–₹1,100. Thirty nights total ₹27,000–₹33,000 plus extras. Villager Elite at ₹15,555 saves around ₹12,000–₹18,000.
Can I upgrade to Royal Resident mid-year?
Yes. We pro-rate the difference based on remaining months. Most upgrades happen when families adopt a second large breed or when the medium dog turns out to need more swim time than the plan covers.
Does behaviour training in the plan replace a full obedience course?
No. It is structured maintenance and reinforcement during stays — leash walking, recall, food manners, calmness around strangers. Owners wanting full obedience should book our standalone training programme.
