- Standalone grooming is done at your home only, not at the boarding centre. Dogs already boarding with Neolokam are groomed during their stay.
- Ticks: give a vet-recommended tick treatment before the groom.
- Heavy matting: a full shave may be the kindest option.
- Skin problems: tell the team before booking. Contagious conditions need veterinary clearance first.
- Heavy-coated dogs need regular professional grooming. Wetting and drying them badly at home can cause skin problems.
- Most dogs do well with a bath about once a month, adjusted to their skin, coat and your vet's advice.

How much does home dog grooming cost in Trivandrum?
Regular complete grooming is ₹1,700. Aggressive or reactive dogs and zero trimming or full shaves are ₹2,000. Large or heavy-coated breeds such as Huskies, and medicated baths for skin issues, are ₹2,200. All prices are plus 18% GST.

My dog has ticks or a skin problem. Can we still book?
Treat ticks with a vet-recommended product before the groom. Tell the team about any skin problem before booking. Contagious conditions need veterinary clearance, and a medicated bath (₹2,200) may help.
