- Up-to-date rabies vaccination and core protective vaccines (such as Parvo, Distemper and Kennel Cough). Bring the vaccination record.
- Current tick and parasite prevention (for example Bravecto, Simparica or a spot-on), as advised by your vet.
- A collar and leash for your dog. An old leash is fine.
- Reactive dogs may not be accepted during busy periods, so mention any reactivity when you enquire.

Which daily rate will my dog be charged?
₹444 per day for standard long-term boarding, ₹555 per day for dogs that need additional care or attention, and ₹666 per day for heavy and giant breeds. All rates are plus 18% GST and the team confirms the rate after the assessment.

Yes. Food and grooming are included in the long-term rates. You may also leave your dog's usual dry food.
What is the minimum stay for long-term rates?
The minimum stay is confirmed when you enquire. Share your dates on WhatsApp and the team will tell you which rate applies.
Should I choose long-term daily rates or the monthly package?
For a month or more, ask about the personalised monthly package (from ₹9,999 per month + GST), which can work out lower for long stays. For a few weeks, the daily rate is usually simpler.
Can I visit my dog during a long stay?
Yes. Visits are in the morning by prior appointment, so your dog's routine and the other dogs are not disturbed.
