answers before you ask
Personalised Monthly Boarding FAQs
How is my dog's monthly price decided?
By your dog's breed, size, coat type, age, health, temperament, diet, grooming frequency, behaviour or training needs, exercise needs, how much individual attention they need, and how long they stay. Packages range from ₹9,999 to ₹17,777 per month + 18% GST.
What does a ₹11,111 per month package look like?
It is an example for some dogs staying around four to six months or longer, with food and grooming included. Your dog's price may be lower or higher depending on their needs.
Why would a hairy breed cost more?
Dogs with heavy or long coats need more frequent grooming, which adds care time. They may be priced around ₹13,333–₹15,555 per month or more.
Is this the same as the annual membership?
No. The annual membership gives 30 boarding days to use across a year. The monthly package is for a continuous stay of a month or more, priced per month.
Can I keep my dog for six months or longer?
Yes. Longer stays are what the monthly package is designed for, and longer stays usually lower the monthly price. Share your dates so the team can quote.
What are the admission requirements for every boarding stay?
- • Social, friendly dogs that are comfortable around other dogs. Neolokam is a cage-free, group environment.
- • Dogs new to Neolokam need a prior visit, orientation and temperament assessment before a stay is confirmed.
- • Up-to-date rabies vaccination and core protective vaccines (such as Parvo, Distemper and Kennel Cough). Bring the vaccination record.
- • Current tick and parasite prevention (for example Bravecto, Simparica or a spot-on), as advised by your vet.
- • A collar and leash for your dog. An old leash is fine.
- • Reactive dogs may not be accepted during busy periods, so mention any reactivity when you enquire.
