Is pickup and drop-off really included?
Yes. Home pickup and drop-off are part of the package. Share your area when you enquire so the team can confirm coverage and the pickup time.
Will my dog be trained in three days?
Basic training activities are part of the holiday's enrichment. They are not a separate training programme, and no training outcome is guaranteed in three days.
My dog has never stayed at Neolokam. Can we book the vacation?
Yes, after a prior visit, orientation and temperament assessment. Neolokam is a cage-free group environment, so the visit confirms your dog will enjoy it.
Can I extend the vacation beyond three days?
Yes, subject to availability. Extra days are usually charged at the long-term boarding rates (from ₹444 per day + GST). Ask the team for the total.
