Package FAQs
Do the package prices include GST?
No. All advertised package prices are plus 18% GST. Your final rate is confirmed on WhatsApp before you book.
I saw a Neolokam poster on Instagram. Is the price on this page the same?
Yes. This page lists the same packages and prices as the current Neolokam posters, with the full details and rules. Seasonal offers such as Diwali boarding apply only to their dates.
Does my dog need to visit before boarding?
Yes, if your dog is new to Neolokam. A prior visit, orientation and temperament assessment come first, because dogs live cage-free in groups. Visits are in the morning by appointment.
Which vaccinations does my dog need?
Rabies plus core protective vaccines such as Parvo, Distemper and Kennel Cough, and current tick and parasite prevention such as Bravecto, Simparica or a spot-on. Bring the records.
Is pickup and drop-off included?
Home pickup and drop-off are included in the 3-Day Dog Village Vacation. For other packages, share your area and the team will confirm availability and any charge.
Is grooming done at the farm?
Standalone grooming is done at your home only, to reduce the risk of spreading skin diseases. Dogs boarding with Neolokam are groomed during their stay.
Do you board cats or other pets?
No. Neolokam cares for dogs only.
Not sure which fits?
Tell the team about your dog and your dates. They will suggest the right package and confirm the rate.
