Before you book
- Check-in and check-out are only between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. No evening or night arrivals.
- There is no pickup or drop-off on Diwali day.
- Check in early so your dog can settle in before the festival.
- Only social, friendly, non-aggressive dogs. Reactive dogs may not be accepted in this busy period.
- New dogs need a prior visit, orientation and assessment before Diwali.
- Rabies vaccination and tick and parasite prevention (for example Simparica or a spot-on) are required.
- Bring a collar and leash (an old leash is fine). Bowls and toys are not needed.

How much is Diwali dog boarding at Neolokam?
₹888 per day plus 18% GST. Meals of chicken and rice, socialisation, play and leash walks are included. Slots are limited and must be pre-booked.
What are the check-in and check-out times over Diwali?
Only between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. There are no evening or night arrivals, and no pickup or drop-off on Diwali day itself.
What should I bring?
A collar and leash (an old leash is fine) and your dog's vaccination records. Bowls and toys are not needed. You may leave your dog's dry food if you prefer.
Can my reactive dog stay over Diwali?
Diwali is a busy period, so reactive dogs may not be accepted. Only social, friendly, non-aggressive dogs comfortable around other dogs can be booked.
Can my dog be groomed before I collect them?
Yes. Grooming before pickup costs ₹1,500, ₹1,700 or ₹2,000 plus GST, depending on your dog's needs. It includes bathing, shampoo, hygiene and paw trimming, brushing, combing, ear cleaning and nail cutting.
Which vaccinations are required?
Rabies vaccination plus tick and parasite prevention such as Simparica or a spot-on treatment. Bring the records when you check in.
